It's like a Chia Pet map of France. See it? A definite two-thumbs up, tasty and good for you, too.Presently, this massive turf is being dehydrated, which keeps the sprouted enzymes alive; next I'll blend it up into teff "flour," mix it with some other suff and make raw crackers. Cool, huh?
